All tutoring services are provided online only (e.g., Zoom, telephone). 

All payments are due at the time of scheduling an appointment.

Payments are accepted via debit card or credit card, online only.

Cancellation of an appointment for a full refund is 72hrs prior to the scheduled appointment(s).

Cancellation 48hrs in advance will result in a partial refund (half of the cost).

Cancellation less than 24hrs in advance are nonrefundable.

All sales on products and services are final; no refunds or credits.
